DnBOM privacy
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DnBOM may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit the website, request a pilot, use a demo, or participate in future product workflows.
Effective date: May 14, 2026
1. Information we collect
We may collect contact information, organization information, account information, pilot-request details, support messages, device and usage data, and any project content you choose to upload or share with DnBOM.
2. Project content
Project content may include briefs, RFPs, leases, notes, drawings, BIM/model exports, schedules, cost files, product data, RFIs, submittals, photos, handover documents, and other design-build records. You should only submit project content if you have the right to share it with DnBOM.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the website, respond to requests, evaluate pilot fit, provide demos, develop and improve DnBOM, support AI-assisted workflows, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI processing
DnBOM may process submitted content with AI models, document-intelligence tools, rules engines, retrieval systems, or classification systems to extract requirements, classify objects, suggest metadata, generate schedules, identify missing fields, and create reviewable recommendations. AI outputs are intended for human review and approval.
5. Cookies and analytics
The current static site may use minimal technical storage needed for the site to function. Future production versions may use cookies, analytics, logging, and similar technologies to understand product usage, improve performance, prevent abuse, and support security. Where required, DnBOM will provide cookie notices or consent controls.
6. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help host, secure, analyze, operate, or support DnBOM, such as cloud hosting, email, analytics, CRM, support, database, storage, and AI infrastructure providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, with your consent, or in connection with a business transaction.
7. Third-party integrations
If you connect or export data to third-party systems such as BIM tools, construction platforms, storage services, CRM systems, or owner systems, those systems may process your data under their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for selecting and authorizing integrations.
8. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, run pilots, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve security, and support legitimate product development. Pilot or demo datasets may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and DnBOM cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted or stored online.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications. We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.
11. Children
DnBOM is intended for professional and business use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law.
12. International users
DnBOM may process information in the United States and other locations where service providers operate. By using DnBOM, you understand that information may be transferred and processed outside your location, subject to applicable law and any required safeguards.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as DnBOM evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, app, email, or other reasonable means.
14. Contact
